Automotive Aluminium Castings

With over 15 years’ experience in manufacturing Automotive aluminium castings, Haworth Castings specialise in sampling, pre-production volumes and development.

Our experience means we can get sampling and production tooling developed as fast as the rapid prototyping route.

Casting integrity

The validations of sample aluminium sand castings to establish their integrity is essential and as such will be carried out in our UKAS accredited test facility.

Having delivered the automotive aluminium castings samples we can then continue with initial low / medium production volumes, while high volume routes are being developed. Knowledge gained from sampling can be shared to assist with the high volume production.

Our in-house machining capacity allows us to offer a fully machined component with accuracies down to +/- 5 microns whilst our finishing service allows us to fully finish the product.
