Marine Castings

Haworth Castings works with the marine industry producing specific bespoke and low volume aluminium castings and copper based castings.

Whilst the preferred method is boxless tooling, we have the capability to use loose patterns meaning we can satisfy smaller demands whilst being very competitive on price.

Testing and inspection

Our marine aluminium castings pass the highest scrutiny and can be manufactured up to 500 kilos. We test to international and customers’ standards and often comfortably exceed the standards set.

If required, we have the capabilities to X-ray, crack detect, ultrasonic test and chemical and mechanical analysis our clients can be satisfied that our marine aluminium castings are tested to UKAS accredited standards. Our machining capabilities allow us to finish your metal castings to exacting standards with post processes as appropriate.
