Having worked in the medical sector for the past 30 years, Haworth Castings has developed a wide range of medical aluminium and copper based castings for various applications within this sector. From general castings for operating theatre equipment to the more elaborate castings for scanners, Haworth Castings has worked across the board to develop and bring to fruition new products within this sector.

Component development and sampling

Over the years we have developed a wealth of experience in component development and sampling. This means we can work with you from conception right the way through to design and build and then deliver your prototype to you.

The validations of sample medical aluminium castings and copper castings to establish their integrity is essential and as such will be carried out in our UKAS accredited test facility. With the use of 80 ASF sand and CAD cut tooling we guarantee exceptional dimensional accuracy, while we also have the dedicated facilities to machine your project to exacting standards.
