James Edwards joins as Operations Manager

James Edwards has joined Haworth Castings as Operations Manager. His role at Haworth Castings is to coordinate the casting and finishing processes from receipt of order to despatch, whilst satisfying our broad range of customers with their individual product requirements. His role involves planning, organising and scheduling the work as it progresses through the company.

James has a 16 year background in manufacturing, the last 14 of which have been spent in a local casting company. During this period he moved from operating to setting and programming CNC machines, progressing from Workshop Supervisor to Engineering Manager. James has an understanding that deadlines are vital when producing components, but also the necessity for quality and efficiency, and brings this work ethic with him to Haworth Castings to meet our customers’ requirements.
